Some tours have different cancelation and refund policies, so please check the individual page for details.

We may need to change itineraries due to weather, safety, vendor availability, or events outside our control. Where possible, we will offer alternative experiences of similar value. If we cancel a tour entirely for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund.

You agree to provide accurate booking details, follow guide instructions during activities, and disclose any medical or mobility considerations in advance. Some activities have age, fitness, or swimming-ability requirements — these are noted on each tour page.

We hold business insurance which covers guests in the event of injury or harm caused by our negligence during a tour. For everything else, we strongly recommend that all guests take out their own comprehensive travel insurance before travelling. This includes cover for missed connecting flights, accommodation costs unrelated to the tour, personal injury, and any other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence and does not extend to consequential losses such as missed flights or hotel costs unrelated to the tour itself.

Accommodation and ferry tickets are not included in the tour price unless expressly stated otherwise. Evertrail Tours does not book, reserve, purchase or pay for accommodation or ferry services on behalf of guests, nor do we act as an agent or intermediary between guests and accommodation providers or ferry operators. We may recommend suitable options and provide general information or guidance to assist with trip planning, however all reservations, payments and contracts must be made directly by the guest with the relevant provider. Guests are responsible for any changes, cancellations, refunds or additional costs relating to these independently booked services. Transportation provided by Evertrail Tours is limited to transportation expressly included as part of the guided tour. Transportation outside the stated tour itinerary, meeting points or tour hours is the responsibility of the guest.

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place on any multi-day tour. The remaining 80% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled tour departure date.

Cancellations made 60 days or more before the tour departure date are eligible for a full refund of payments made.

For cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before departure, the 20% deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellations made 29 days or less before the tour departure date are non-refundable.

If the remaining balance is not received by the required payment deadline, Evertrail Tours reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase suitable travel insurance covering trip cancellation, illness, flight disruption, severe weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
