All tours start and end at our office in Okinawa. We provide transportation to and from our office, so you don't need to worry about getting here and back.

Depending on your chosen package, you may stay in a mix of cozy beach cottages, glamping tents, traditional Okinawan houses, or local cozy inns. We hand-pick each location for comfort and character.

You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred package and shooting us a message with the details. Once we receive your booking, we'll confirm availability and send payment instructions.

Are your tours suitable for families with kids?

Absolutely. Many of our packages are family-friendly, and we can tailor certain parts of the tour to suit your group's needs. Just let us know in advance.

What should I bring on the trip?

We recommend comfortable clothing, swimwear, sunscreen, bug spray, and a small overnight bag. We'll send a full packing list once your tour is confirmed.

How many people are in each group tour?

We keep group sizes small — usually between 4 and 10 people — to create a relaxed and personal experience. Whether you're traveling as a couple or with family, our tours are designed to feel intimate and enjoyable for everyone.

How do I pay for my tour?

Accepted Answer

We take a 20% deposit at the time of booking to secure your spot — this is when we begin coordinating your trip. The remaining 80% is due 30 days before your tour date, by which point your vendors, accommodation and logistics are fully locked in. Payment instructions are sent with your booking confirmation.

What happens if I need to cancel?

We understand plans change. Here's how it works:

If you cancel 60 or more days before your tour, you receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel between 30 and 59 days out, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of your tour, no refund is issued — by this point your trip is fully organised and all vendor costs are committed.

We strongly recommend arranging travel insurance to cover unexpected changes.

Can I book solo — and what does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You have two options depending on how you'd like to travel.

If you join an existing open tour, you pay the standard per-person group rate — no solo surcharge, no catch.

If you'd like to create a new open tour on your own preferred dates, we'll list it and open it up to other travelers. If additional people sign up before the tour date, everyone pays the group rate. If no one else joins, the tour still runs for you — but you'll be charged the private tour price, as we'll have reserved the full experience exclusively for you.

Either way, we'll be upfront about where your booking stands and keep you informed if others join.
